In most cases we can supply and install the band expander for your vehicle while you wait, be sure to contact us first to make sure we are available to install this while you wait and that we have the correct band expander that is compatible with your current car audio system and your vehicle.

14MHZ is the frequency shift we use as this is the best band expander for Christchurch radio stations and will cover radio stations from 88 through to 108 but we can however supply other frequencies on request.

Band Expander Frequencies Available

• 10Mhz – This will shift the frequency by 10 or 20Mhz and will cover radio stations 88-108

• 12Mhz – This will shift the frequency by 12 or 24Mhz and will cover radio stations 88-108

• 12.2Mhz – This will shift the frequency by 12.2 or 24.4Mhz and will cover radio stations 88-108

• 14Mhz – This will shift the frequency by 14 or 28Mhz and will cover radio stations 88-108

• 14.5Mhz – This will shift the frequency by 14.5Mhz and will cover radio stations 90.5-104.5

• 15Mhz – This will shift the frequency by 14.5Mhz and will cover radio stations 91-105

• 15.5Mhz – This will shift the frequency by 15Mhz and will cover radio stations 91.5-105.5

• 16Mhz – This will shift the frequency by 16Mhz and will cover radio stations 92-106

• 16.1Mhz – This will shift the frequency by 16.1Mhz and will cover radio stations 92.1 to 106.1

• 18Mhz – This will shift the frequency by 18Mhz and will cover radio stations 94-108
